Usha Rajagopalan advocates Self Development Strategies as a tool for personal and professional growth. Involved in societal and leadership activities, she amplifies productivity sessions by incorporating behavioural studies and accelerated learning for corporates and professionals. In addition, she frequently lectures to professional audiences at universities and conglomerates, emphasizing a growth mindset for cross-industry cooperations and future initiatives for adopting transformational leadership.

As the Founder & CEO - AURA Training & Usha has a double master's degree and a PhD in Transformational Leadership and Citizenship Behaviour. She founded Aura Global for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning with multiple flagship programs designed for self development. Her work as a behavioral coach, as a researcher and Orator led Usha to chart a breakthrough trajectory claiming multiple awards and certifications. Pursuing an interest in organizational citizenship beahviour and transformational leadership took her a step closer to developing an intuitive and inclusive interface, AURA Global, to raise the bars of human acumen in an ever-evolving world. In addition, she has published journals, each focusing on various elements of behavioral competencies.
